Hello, does anybody have a list of what do you do to market your site? How much do you spent for marketing budget each month?

A starting up marketing budget should not consit of $$ but of hours. You're going to need to invest a hell of a lot of time in starting up in this biz

If you mean marketing online, you can start by submitting to directories, which will help with the google, yahoo etc. position of your website. There are plenty of free, paid, cheap, expensive dirs to submit to.

Before you spend a dime, spend a lot of time reading (DP is a great resource) and doing things yourself. Make your big mistakes while the stakes are small and the dollar amount is $0.

Spend the time reading and you'll figure out where to put your money--things you aren't good at--and not get ripped off.

I am just staring out with online marketing as well. It seems to me that you would be better off sacrificing time at this stage instead of money. While you hvae so much to learn, it would be a shame to learn by throwing away money on campaigns that don't work.

Your site must have good content that people want to read and hopefully link to

be prepared for many many hours of tedious work generating links to your site. Don't be tempted to use automated article submission services - most experts (and I'm not one) seem to warn against them for various reasons (duplicate content penalty, links generated too quickly etc..)
So forget about a social life for a few months while you do the initial marketing . . .
