Starting up a network; Any Tips?

    Well, it would consist of a few proxy sites, a few blogs, tutorial sites, and a few forums (already established)

    Crazy, I just wrote a list at my personal blog about 41 articles you can read to help you start a blog network.

    Check it out here

    I start my network, Blogtown Press about 8 months ago and have yet to really get focused on building it into a business.

    My suggestion is to make a plan and stick to your plan. No matter how much you want to venture off, keep focused. I have yet to really keep focused and really should start doing it.

    Read those articles though, hope it helps.

    Network of sites can mean anything - blog network, forum network, interplanet network etc. What exactly is that you're going to build? And how many domains do you plan to include in it?

    Remember to make sure that all of the sites in your network are good. One quality site > 5 small sites in a "network".
