I am in a way to start 10 sites for earning from adsense and affiliates.So which all niche u can recommend ?
I would suggest starting one site first why ten? Start one get lots of traffic to this one and earn money of this then advertise a new site through this one and market and promote that one and so on. I am not sure what niches you would need to research this, Will.
A year ago I would have said building 10 sites is fine. Today, I would recommend building 1 good site rather than 10 soso sites. Google is really getting good at picking up quality sites for it's top rankings. They have so many ways to do it today.
Well, if you can put quality content, and vast amounts of it...then sure, you can expect some good and reliable adsense dollars! I would recommed you to search for simple fields, find simple keywords and use register domains with GOOD keywords which will automatically bring traffic to your site. I did so for several websites and they are on the 1st place on Google today.
Try and find something that people talk about but it jst isnt capitalized on. Pick up something that has just been released and run with it. Being first is always good. yu get people who like to say "ive bin with him from the beginning" Also find your way of doing things, try and do it better than others remember its not the idea its the execution
I think you should find 1 niche, make 1 site and make it work for you. Then once you have that sorted move onto another one
Instead of doing 10, do 7 so you can work on one each day. Pick niches that you are interested in so you find it interesting to write content about. Just remember that content is the most important aspect. No not neglect it like I have in the past because your site/s will not last very long.
I used to think 10, but I found it easier to manage and develop one at a time. Very time consuming when going for 10.
if i were you, i would do it one at a time. build one and get traffic first. then, build second and get traffic. after that build third, feed traffic from one and two..and so on. as far as the niche concern, it all depend on your interest.
I'm guessing if you manage to actually develop 10 you'll be dying from starvation and lack of sleep. In all honesty though develop one good site and once you're happy and have built a successful formula/team for that one. Move on.

I miss those days where I were focused on my one and only site.. But as I got more and more experienced I wanted to discover new sides of website building. Know i have alot of sites, but almost no time to them. Try to focus on 1 site instead of ten.
depending on your budget you've got 2 options: 1. create lots of niche sites using good quality PLR materials and an automated site builder 2. create 1 'mother site' and then create lots of niches that hang off it e.g. www.mothersite.com/nichesite1 the money you have to spend on domains / hosting / PLR will dictate which option you choose. the common element to both though is having a good understanding of SEO and traffic generation. content is king but promotion is everything. remember that. you dont need to be an expert in building sites, but you DO need to be an expert in generating good quality traffic from SERPs to make money through adsense etc. good luck.
I made the mistake of buying many domains at once, and due to lack of motivation, only developed a couple of them. I'd honestly recommend just starting with 1-3 and solidly developing those before getting anymore.
