Starting PTC Site: Any Advice?

    I'm starting a PTC site, and was looking for any advice from the community on a good place to start?
    - Any specific promotion methods i should use to get advertisers?
    - What PTC/GPT software should i use?
    - Is it best to go down the Paid to Click or Paid to Signup path?

    Any other advice?

    For me, starting a PTC site is just a waste of time and money... If I were you I will just invest my money in creating a site and promote it.
