I have some good ideas for websites which are in good niches better than the typical ones most people follow so I was just wondering would you start making the website THEN add sign up to affiliate programs or sign up whilst making the website?

Are you more likely to get rejected if you dont have your website up and running?

i have done both. i find its better to set up the site, then add the affiliate programs. some programs wont accept you if you have no relevant content, they wont waste their time or yours if your viewers arent likely to click the ads.
