Is this a vaguely disguised spam thread for some kind of scour affiliate sign up? Anyway it's actually quite difficult to come by actual genuine search engine software, most of the stuff you'll find is 3rd party search engine scraper software that gets its results from somebody else's software and servers. All the sites I've ever seen for sale have been this type of thing, even though a couple of sellers have tried to dupe buyers into thinking otherwise, so just watch out if you're looking to buy a ready made site - unless it is just a scraper site you're after of course.
