We are about to launch several sites in UK / India and we need to confirm the legal rights in doing so (we are from Australia) on the proper legal format. Do we need to be a registered company trading "FROM" either country to draw income from these countries from our respective websites??? We welcome genuine advice... and assistance, as we are open on all fronts as to partnerships, etc...
