Hey everyone. Recently I found this gold mine of a forum and have taken it upon myself to make the best of this opportunity. I started writing on these forums as a means to provide myself an income and I've done pretty well so far. As I'm only 18 I'm looking for ways to better myself as a writer and looking for tips from you people. I figure this is the best place to come for knowledge. Thanks for the information very informative. I still would like to set-up my own site designed for my portfolio I just haven't had time yet. Guess I really should try that out to broaden my possibilities of finding work. I stumbled both pages since they were so good lol -Scott
Oh, thanks. It's part of a series that I'm slowly working on in my "huge" amounts of free time. Having a Web site is vital though. Even if you don't do a portfolio page, it will still help get your name in the engines (and you can target specific things, such as "financial writer").
