    Hello,

I am starting a new website and wondering which advertising company you recommend.

Its a requirement that they pay by PayPal and that they are established / not a new company so that I know for sure they pay up and not scam me.

    Thanks!

Yo can try for Infolinks.com or kontera. But payout is less. Adsense, buysellads pay good amount but it hard to get adsense account and for buyse.. u need to have good amount of traffic. U can go for chitika also.

Honestly, if you are just starting the website, you should go without any advertisements. Later on, when it gets more popular and you have real amounts of UVs / pageviews go for advertising.
I would recommend adsense mostly. As a starting website, you have limited options to ad networks that pay well. But, if you tend to get high amounts of traffic, you can get into higher ranking ones like ValueClick and TribalFusion to have much higher earnings.
