Who knows a good web hosting that would allow you to send unlimited emails??

And I want to know what is the best way to start a service where members pay you and they get their own account to send out emails to their own lists.

Does anybody have any experience with this?

Trying to concentrate this sort of business in one place seems like a recipe for failure. Individual ISPs have enough trouble with their various customers generating spam complaints; you want to draw them all to you and your ISP?

You will always get kicked off any reputable ISP until eventually you are hosting with some Kazakh server using Chinese proxies.

The only way around this is to aggressively police spamming, which means you will be firing most of your customers, which means you won't be making money.

I don't think there is such service for you to send email unlimitedly in a certain period. ;) Such hosts would be banned themselves, IMO.

Sounds like a lot of work.
What do you know about this field?
You know the rules for Hotmail, AOL, Gmail, and others?
If not you may want to check it out. They do have rules for sending mass mails to them.
If you are going to successfully mail to these entities you have to establish a relationship with them.
Otherwise your domain will be blocked and it will take a lot of effort to convince them otherwise.

You may be looking at co-locating a server for this. A lot of ISPs are going to charge you a large amount of money for this if they even allow it.

Once you overcome those hurdles then you can begin marketing. This is going to be a business to business relationship so you can rule out many factors and most individuals. So learning about B2B marketing is where you want to concentrate.
What can you offer that the others do not? What about your portfolio?
Don't have one eh? Then you may have to give away services for a short time.
And then there is the issue that a business puts it's reputation in your hands when letting you send mailers for them. Get them rated as spammers and I doubt you will see them again, or many others if word gets out.

If I were going to do something like this I would do some major research into my competitors and survey other businesses that utilize such services.
See what they desire and what complaints they have about other companies. It is always good to learn from others mistakes instead of your own.

    Best of luck!
