    I suggest you to try out cloud hosting services. You will get higher stability with cloud servers and good network availability. As for quality cloud host check out Hostingking.com plans.

    I never tryed iPage but i loved my stay at hostgator :D
    But there are many more hosts who are worth watching, my hosts offer the resources you posted for 20$. But well you need to focus on what do you need the most from your hosting. Is it support? Does it need to be cheap? How many resources do you want to have ?
