I'm starting a affordable online college but i need creative people that want to partner up with me. Like all ideas it takes time. Please comment or message me if your interested in being apart of this.
I haven't heard of any of those but Sheridan isn't online. Plus Sheridan charges like 3,000 for one class.
Well, Stanford offers online courses and I think you can consider them one of the "big guys." What kind of courses are you thinking of offering?
Have you thought about how you are going to obtain a license from the state to operate as a educational facility. These aren't cheap. If you don't get one you'll end up being a glorified "workshop" or tutorial site
I wondered about accreditation, too. Also, teaching staff. This sounds like an enormous undertaking. Do you have the educational background to tackle this properly?
I don't see much feasibility here, to be quite honest - particularly if the OP is only going to share a little more than a sentence about the operation. If you're aiming for a tutorial/workshop site, be prepared for a fight against the established ones. If you're looking to become an accredited online 'college,' I hope you have very serious financial backing and a well-educated, highly-experienced team to work on this with you. How are you going to afford to pay your educators? Who is going to develop the curriculum? Have you made any landmark successes that could give us confidence in your ability to tackle a project of this nature? We need much more information.
