Starting an international dating website, tax laws?

    Hi, i want to start an international dating website. It will work like all the other ones with membership and i was wondering what are the legal obligations regarding that? Especially tax obligations, for example, i will be taking members from everywhere in the world. Do i need to register myself as a business in every country?

    get a .com and registor in the USA. then they are technicaly buying from your "shop" in the USA. only usa is needed. or you would be very busy registoring and paying lawyers and accountants to do your businesses
