Hi webmasters, hoping you can help me with a few questions I have regarding affiliate marketing.

So I own an online store and want to sign up to affiliate marketing to increase sales.

    1. What is the best type of programme to go for:
    a) Percentage sales - webmaster puts my add on his site, gets £100 sale - I give him 10% of the sale and give the affiliate company 30% of the webmasters profit as well.
    b) Same as above only I pay the affiliate company a flat monthly fee instead of a percentage of the webmasters profits from any sales

    2. What percentage of sales should I give to webmasters? Most programmes seem to offer them 10% of the sales ?

    3. Any recommendation as to which affiliate company I should set up with?

Thanks you kindly for any advice :)

Hi Jonny, I would strongly recommend getting familiar with DP and just read from other peoples' success. No one can say what a successful affiliate program is until you actually try it.

On that note, commissionjunction.com, shareasale.com, and linkshare.com are very popular programs to sign up for
