I am sure this has been covered before. But mostly with information products. I am wanting to set up an affiliate program so others can sell my products. Is there a link to a posting here about doing that?
You are having two options for this : 1. Join some well reputed providers like CJ or CB 2. Start your own with some script and promote it
Like @SEOnWebDesigning said, there are 2 ways to go. Both will cost you some money. I don't know what kind of product you have. If you have digital product, then clickbank.com is the way to go. You will have to pay 45$ setup fee. If you have physical product, then cj.com is good option. I don't know if they have setup fee. You can also just buy or make affiliate tracking software and run your own program. Affiliate tracking software cost from 50$+. You have some free tracking software, but I really don't recommend it - it looks unprofessional. Some of tracking software: affiliate pro (affiliateproscript.com) post affiliate pro (qualityunit.com) idev affiliate (idevdirect.com) osi affiliate (osiaffiliate.com)
Not sure about the cost at cj.com, but I know that you have to be 1 year in business and having more then 50k$ in year sells. So as a new comer you can't go with them. cj alternatives are clixgalore.com, shareasale.com, ...
I have been in business longer than they require and I meet and exceed the sales requirements. Will check the other links. Thanks
