I got few tips though. You should start your site now and post contents regarding matches and also comment your opinion or thoughts on it (not just grabbing via rss). Start building up now and when world cup comes around again, BAM! you got visitors beforehand and more will come if you narrate or keep all updated in ways that may start conversions/discussions to express their thoughts about matches.
