Starting a webmaster forum, what do u think of this name ?

    I felt that rather than going for a generic name like webmaster or somethin , i thought of this - Talk777 dot com

    Brandable, short and 777 means full access in unix permissions something every webmaster has heard.

    Thats just my perspective of looking at it. i need your opinions now. Should i go ahead ? or change the name ?

    The idea is still in the vb installation phase but i need to make sure i am starting out right with the domain name.

    Sorry, I didn't mean for my post to be rude or confusing.

    I am just saying its not a great domain and it would be hard to find a buyer, but if it was developed and had traffic it would be OK.

    EDIT:

    Woops I know what happened.

    Ok I still can't work out who has each domain, so here are my appraisals:

    froumssite.com - $0, bad spelling, no-one would buy
    talk777.com - ok domain, could be brandable, mabye $10 now but definetally brandable for the future.

    Anyway the domain is very nice, a good find. I didnt initially think (chmod 777) file permisions, so i guess you will have to do some clever branding.

    If you're original question was whether or not talk777.com is brandable, I would say yes. Its short, easy to remember and only as valuable as the traffic it generates and since you're developing it, you should be fine. PM when it's done. . .maybe I'll join.
