Starting A Video Game Website

    Hey guys,

I am looking into starting a Video Game website, selling mainly 360/PS3 video games and have a few questions.

First of all, I have found a legit supplier that is cheap for what I am doing.

I was originally looking to buy from the supplier and sell on eBay, however making $5-$10 a game isn't really much profit so I thought of starting my own video game site where I can make $20-$50 a game.

    A couple of questions:
    1) Would I need a licence for this?
    2) Has anyone run this kind of site, what did you need to comply with, etc?

The games are LEGIT, not copies.

as long as you have re-sell rights then you can do....OR may be i suggest you to join some affiliate network where you can find these games and sell in your site

    Thanks

Pretty sure you're able to resell Xbox 360 and PS3 games, just not sure as to whether you can do it in large quantities as a shop would be doing.
Don't want to do it through affiliate sites.

the more you sell the more money you make so a low price can be good

If you're selling the same games, from the same supplier, how can selling on eBay give you $5-10 profit, but selling on your own site create $20-50 profit?

eBay is on the cheap side, so a game that will cost me $30 to buy it, may only sell for $35 on eBay. But sites like ebgames (overpriced) and jb-hi-fi, are selling at say $70-$90, meaning I can list at $45-$50 and come out on top.

Just need to know whether I am allowed to set this up.

I'm guessing that also includes fees from eBay.
