I am starting a service for Brick and Mortar (B&M)businesses, and I am looking for some advice on how I can give more than a commission for them to recommend my service. They will be selling for me and making me money. They will get 50% commission for every sale, but I want to sweeten the pot for them. I was considering offering them free email marketing, however, I want to manage their accounts for them, also. The reason for this is so I can market my business with theirs, by placing a small banner at the bottom of the emails. Many of the B&M businesses are too small to even afford marketing campaigns or feel that it would not increase their sales to the point that it is worth doing, etc... Many do not even have websites. I will be giving them a free one page website, however, if I could manage their email marketing that would improve my chances of getting business from them. Keeping up with email campaigns is not easy for a mom and pop business. Believe this or not there is a restaurant that only has a "Google Site" website, that has an email list of over 100,000 customers, exact number I do not know. They are only opened for breakfast and lunch. They wanted to send people coupons for their birthdays etc..., however, they got so many email signups it was not worth for them to do. They put a sign on the door, that you buy one meal and get second free on your birthday. Customers are lined up from the time they open at 5AM until they close at 2PM. I have the people that can do this or I can hire a service to do it, providing I can do what I described at a reasonable price.
Yes you may open a web site about your service & provide the people online service. most important thing is to promote your web site . Then you get more traffic & customer.
