Starting a Proxy.. How do people develop them so quickly!!?!

    I always am seeing people selling proxies that are less than a month old and the traffic is incredible and steady and it takes them hardly any time to develop them. Anyone know how to start a proxy and promote it quickly? What are the most important things to do when starting a proxy and getting it going?
