Starting a PPC managment biz?

I've been thinking about starting a business that manages other businesses online marketing. I would start local, because I don't want to go beyond me daily reach for customers. I have a few questions though:

    - Do I have one Adwords/MSN/etc. account and advertise the multiple sites with those?

    - Where do I make profit, off the bill I give each business at the end of each month, or in fees?

I know this type of biz works, I found a biz in Florida that does it locally and they were hiring positions that pay about $100k a year :x.

For Adwords you can create a MCC account to manage your clients account, get qualified by Google Adwords before you start and get some real experience by trying to advertise your sites and then breaking into the market by offering your services voluntarily to build up a reputation and background.
