well good for him. technically it looks like a site from the '90s. but who am i to judge ? for me, (not surely a porn surfer) once you've seen 1000s of porn pics you'll hardly find something "new" around. not to mention anyone can get 1000s of pics from usenet, but that's probably one of the best kept secret since very few even know what's usenet.

I have an idea for a porn site but it would be alot of startup cost (when i say alot i mean alot for me, couple of thousand id imagine). This is using free content from affiliates etc.. I have seen 2 sites that already do this so im sure there is a nice market out there for my idea. I have my own ideas of getting around the copywrite material. I really wanted a partner to work with on this but never found anyone.
i would say get some girls etc, go to spring break area's and get some girls and ask em to sign at the end after you are done or another guy is done Fu**ing them n pay em. Another idea can be to use yourself but men will probably watch you so that is not a good idea (if you are a man that is, i didnt have time to read your profile sry)

The market just seems way too saturated and the startup costs are a little more than Id like. Plus, who pays for porn these days? I would think torrent and p2p really cut into their profits.
You get good signups for teen non-nude member sites such as http://anna-angel.com and the like. Although you can P2P, its not the same as getting the 'latest and sexiest' content
I run a porn site and I use affiliates to make money, I don't sell my own... Personally I don't recommend a pornsite to make money. I wasted a lot of time on porn sites, they need a lot of traffic to convert. There are a lot of things that you can do to make money online and they are much easier than porn sites. Anyway if you think that you found your niche, then good luck to you
