Starting a New Website, PLEASE help me :)

    I want to start a new website

    a Services Website

    Offering some stuff "Account Creation (for some site), and other services"

    I want to know .. How can I make this website ?

    Hire a Programmer ?

    Wordpress ?

    or What ?

    if you have your own domain name:
    - install SMF or VB for forum
    - wordpress for blog
    - joomla for cms

    if you haven't domain name:
    - register on wordpress.com or blogger.com for free blog

    Not necessary to hire programmer

    Well, IKNOW about blogger ;)

    I just dont know how to make something like that with Wordpress/JOomla

    joomla or drupal, but if you don't know how to set a site up in those then hiring a programmer might be better.

    It depends on what exactly your needing done (i.e. how big the site is). If you PM me the info then i'll give you an estimate of what i'd charge (i'm a programmer, but not really familiar with those scripts, or many other scripts for that matter, I like to code my own stuff, but anyway, it'd be an estimate you can go from to find someone else). :cool:

    Aye it's me and one of my kitties (I have 3, 2 that are <1 year and one old boy, I want to say he's 14, but he might be 15 or 16 now, i'd have to think more to remember when we got him) :) he's a bigger kitty now though :rolleyes: he can't fit on my shoulder anymore.
