This is a short guide I wrote on starting a new website and earn a good income from Adsense from it. With this short guide I will explain how to start a 'scam letter' website in which you will assist in preventing victims from falling prey to scammers. In return you will soon find good traffic and a good income from Adsense.

I will appreciate any comments on this guide.

Introduction

All Webmasters know that developing and promoting a website with the aim of generating income from PPC programs, such as Google Adsense, is not easy as it seems. Before earning that first $100 pay check one would have invested a lot of time, research, resources and money into the website.

One of the most important things to consider is the type of website you want to involve yourself in, and subsequently research the Adsense keywords you will be focussing on. This is very important as you want to make use of high paying keywords to ensure a good income.

The purpose of this short guide is to show you how you can take advantage of crime in generating a good income from Google Adsense. There are many crime related websites on the Internet, but you will be focussing on one specific offence, Advance Fee Fraud.

What is Advance Fee Fraud?

In short, advance fee fraud is committed when the offender make a promise of large gains. The victim will be requested to pay small fees in order for the bigger promise to be realised. The victim will continuously be requested to pay these small fees, but the larger promise will never come to light.

One example, and this is what we will focus on, is the so-called Nigerian 419 scam. Here the offender compiles an e-mail in which they tell the recipient that they are in possession of millions of dollars. They then ask the victim for assistance in transferring the millions of dollars into their bank accounts. In return the victim will get a 2 â€“ 5 million dollar fee once the money is transferred.

Once they victim is interested in assisting, the offenders will start coming up with problems, stating that the funds cannot be transferred and that additional smaller funds are required to get the money released. They will then request the victim to pay these funds. The millions will, however, never be paid to the victim.

Nigerian 419 Scam Letters

Currently it is estimated that there are in excess of 250 000 Nigerian 419 scammers around the world. These scammers circulate thousands of scam letters per day to e-mail account holders from around the world.

Thousands of search engine enquiries are conducted on a daily basis by people wanting to confirm the authenticity of the e-mails they have received. Most people conduct searches on the names, telephone numbers and company names used in these scam letters.

How can Webmasters Benefit?

Webmasters can benefit by starting a scam letter archive or database on their websites with the aim of warning possible victims against these types of scams. By adding the latest scam letters, your website will receive a fair number of new targeted visitors.

Receiving the Latest Scam Letters

In order to ensure the success of your website, you will need to update it continuously with new and the latest scam letters. In order to do this, you will need to receive the latest scam letters directly from scammers.
Here are my recommendations on receiving scam letters from scammers.

1. Register yourself a new e-mail address for this purpose alone. I suggest Gmail.com

2. Now go to Google.com and do a search on the term: â€˜mugu guymen guestbookâ€™. You will find a lot of results. You now need to go to websites with active guest books and start leaving positive comments. Be sure to include your new e-mail address in these comments. (Offenders make use of automated email harvesting software to gather email addresses from these type of guest books.) Do as many sites as you can, you are guaranteed to receive the first scam letter in less than 24 hours!

3. Upon receiving scam letters, reply to them by asking how you can help. Stop the correspondence there and ignore their replies. These criminals will often compile lists of active email addresses from replies they receive and distribute it to other criminals.

You will now start receiving many scam letters on a daily basis.

Starting Your Website

Remember, the purpose of your website is to protect victims from falling prey to fraudsters. Your aim should be to list the scam letters on your website to target search engine traffic. You should make it clear on your website that the listed letter is indeed a scam letter, so that victims know this. You want to prevent unnecessary correspondence.

Depending on your knowledge you can start a normal website by adding a scam letter on a new page and uploading it to your server.

If you have experience, you can start a database and script to upload the scam letters automatically to your database, instead of creating html pages every day.

Once you have developed your website and added the first scam letters, you can now go to www.google.com/addurl and submit your site to Google. You can also now start submitting your site to other search engines.

Keeping Your Site Updated

Keep your site updated by adding scam letters on a daily basis. You want to add the latest scam letters in order to ensure new visitors on a continuous basis.

The criminals always give a phone number or an email address they want to be contacted at. I keep this.

Most searches are done on he phone numbers and email addresses, so most visitors find these warning pages when they search.
