    Hello.
First of all, I'm new to dp so forgive the low post count please. I have purchased things on this site but just recently had the opportunity to post, and really had no reason to do so untill now, so if you're not interested i totally understand.
I am starting my own cost per action network. I have some relationships with advertisers and some other networks I have a good reputation with that have agreed to bump up my payments so I can be competitive with other networks. I have a few offers right now that i've personally tested with white/grey hat tactics that have yielded a reasonable conversion rate. I am seeking more offers everyday and testing. I have an email submit, bidz.com, anti aging cream, resv, and other offers including some high paying dating pay per subscription offers. My payouts are net30 by paypal, but I can do net 7 with good volume. Since I am working with advertisers who pay me on quality and I can not accept blatent black hat tactics, but experienced gray hat marketers who produce quality results are encouraged to apply. The simple understanding is if my advertisers have a problem with the traffic, then i will too.
Of course I would need to aquire the tax information before I can begin paying you. I can't pay your taxes at the end of the year :) so nothing different there.
YOu will see once i approve you a certain payout level, which i will bump up for you right away, and if you do research you will see that my payouts are on industry average or higher. My goal is to have a few publishers to work with that get results on good paying, good converting offers and grow from there.
If you are at all interested please PM me with your methods and level of interest. I will respond with my personal email and we can discuss. If not interested I totally understand, and good luck to you with your online ventures.
