    If "pay per sale" then a good conversion ratio. and a good choice of ads/banners to use.

    If "pay per click" then well written ads that will actually get clicks. And a "call to arms" is a must on EVERY ad ("call to arms" = something like "CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS")
