    Hello friends...
Im planning to start a Freelancing website, where buyers can post their Jobs and Projects and Freelancers can complete it and get paid.

Well,am i on the right path of business?
Now i work for a company and hardly i get 1500$ a month,so i want to start this type of website.

I think,as the site grows a bit,i can make some money by sitting on home only..

But im a bit confused that, how to invite buyers and freelancers to my website and convert the new site to a busy one..

    So kindly assist me..
Any helping words would be greatly appreciated..
    Thanks...

Well there are already some big sites out there, so you'll have to think of an idea that makes you different. Try making yourself more attractive to potential freelancers/buyers, charge them less than the big sites, and then once popularity rises you can charge more, as the amount of buyers will be bigger so the freelancers set more jobs, and will come. Also works the other way round.

So either think of an idea that makes you different, put a lot of $$$ into advertising, or charge less. Or all three! :p

Pretty good idea, although 100 bids might be a little high. Say they win all the bids, then they could be subtracting jobs from your paying members. I would say limit it to 50 at a maximum, or maybe even lower, as this will give a bigger incentive to sign up. Also, is that $10 membership annual or lifetime?

Good luck on your venture! Like others said you should charge less than the bigger sites. Also come up with a beautiful design and also spend some marketing $$
