Starting a Flash Game Site

    I own an online marketing firm so I have the ability to market and SEO website and I have been looking into starting a flash games site.
    I have seen quite a few plugins or scripts for this but I really don't know much about it, just general anecdotes of success. I was wondering if anyone that has any experience in this industry could tell me about it.
    any information on these would be great:
    - Marketing tactics
    - success or failure stories
    - reviews or word about various plugins
    - ability to succeed in this market
    - Opportunities
    - Anything at all about the flash games market.

    your question can not be answered with some lines of words but can be achieved through self discovery and experiment .Any way here is my suggestions.

    How to start - you can start flash game site just by purchasing some available scripts ( E.g AV Arcade Pro script) you can refer the instruction found on the script to make it work
    Success stories - There are lot of success stories are available for flash games sites .
    opportunities : opportunities are high ( Banner Ads, Video Advertisement)

    being the internet marketing firm ,you can spend some to experiment for the whole story about your plan.Best of luck.

    - Marketing tactics : I think you'll have to find out yourself. Take a look at other arcade websites. You should build backlinks from relevant websites. But you'll have to start in the industry, after a while you'll understand how it works and then you'll see the marketing tactics :)
    - reviews or word about various plugins : You should use the AV Arcade Pro script, really worth it (and only $19!)
    - ability to succeed in this market : If you don't add 2000 games (or more, like everyone does) but only high quality, you'll succeed!
    - Opportunities: When you can understand the web languages (HTML, CSS, Javascipt, PHP etc.) You'll find yourself a lot of opportunities!! When you'll have cool stuff, people will stay longer on your site, and will return :) Then you can start adding nice banners. A lot of people will pay high prices for this :D
    - Anything at all about the flash games market: Think about it before you start it. Are you interested in arcade games? Do you think you can make your site bigger then others? How?
