I don't know which script to use I know there's OScommerce, zencart, etc. but I think those are more for physical products rather than for digital downloads. Which script is both good, and professional-looking? thanks.
I already use e-junkie, but for individual products. I would use them as a shopping cart solution, but I need a script that will allow me to add products, images, descriptions, etc. Plus, it's cheaper to host the files on my server, since there would be lots of them, and e-junkie's prices increase depending on the number of products.

What kind of content are you going to sell? Images? Video? Music? If it's images, there are a lot of pre-made photo gallery sites you can buy that are very easy to set up and customize. One really good example is PhotoStore. You can even sell physical products with it (in addition to digital downloads).
There are a few one on the market you can consider, apparently the most common system most peoples started to use are amember pro, JV manager 1, memberspeed or you may use wordpress membership plugin to build a store front from a wordpress blog. Due to cost effective, you may consider using the wordpress membership plugin, if your budget is ok, there is another one I would suggest that is DLGuard. Hope this help.
