Hello... I have been thinking about starting a new CPM network, before taking the big jump, I have a few questions; 1. Is it hard to get advertisers/publishers for a CPM only network? 2. Which rates would advertisers pay? 3. Which rate would publishers accept? 4. Should campaigns be divided into tier1, tier2 and tier3 traffic? 5. How often should payment be done? 6. Can "real" money be made by running such a network? All input are very welcome.
