    Hello,

I know my questions are fairly complex, but would appreciate any help I can get.

I am interested in starting a LLC for a online project I am working on. I currently have the following questions:

I am located in New Jersey, would be it be better to stay in state or register out of state (in a state such as Delaware)?
How do taxes work since all my products are internet services?
Can a LLC have two owners?

You should speak to an attorney and let them explain the benefits and drawbacks of each entity type. You will likely need help to create it unless you feel comfortable attempting to tackle it on your own. They will also make sure you comply with requirements such as a registered agent.
