Hey guys.. does anyone have any idea how to start a small BPO business? Right now there are a lot of BPO companies in my country and i was wondering if and whether it was possible in a small scale.? The idea is to get some US/Europe/Canada based companies to have you help them in their business process. Anybody have anything to share about this?? Thank you.
First of all registration required after that you will need arrange the data base, and different tieups to be done with companies Than Hire Qualified Executives And Managers done
BPO is a subset of outsourcing that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business.So fist you know all about business process then start good luck.
