Starting a Anime website, any suggestions how to start?

I am starting a anime website, i have signed up to dreamhost and got my domain under godaddy. I am planning to upload my episodes to external sources. Do you guys have any steps or tips for me? Thanks

You should be optimizing your categories and pages for long tail anime terms

 

Create a facebook fan pages with anime niche.....keep update your fan pages....when you got many friends told them that you are moving to your website....

 

If you can publish all the episodes of the Bleach and other popular anime serials, people and anime lovers will be immensely benefited.

 

You should get friends to help you in your site, not just help you build but also help you when you're done with replying the people who used the Contact us or posting daily posts.

the name should be perfect, beside u need a lot of time, translating uploading and very quick internet, u can t do that alone, i thought about making one myself, but it take alot of time

 

my site is fairytailstreaming.com and it's for the anime Fairy Tail. Please check it out and critique it. I haven't finished uploading the episodes or manga.

 

#1: Don't use GoDaddy, use an offshore Registrar and Host for Anime? lol.
