Uhm... maybe you've got no traffic? Maybe your ads are not inserted right or your on-page optimisation is not up to scratch and you are only getting PSAs.

It would help to have a url to look at.

You've been doing Adsense or Adwords?

Sounds like adwords since you can see if the ads from adsense are being served.

I'd say that either nobody is searching for the terms you are targetting or else you are being outbid.

Can you give an example google search where you would expect your ads to show?

Ah, SarahK. Yes, okay. I missed that this was in Adwords forum. Thank heavens somebody has got their act together:)

Still, tytyguy, if you are talking about Adsense then you need to give us a bit more to go on.

I assume you're referring to AdWords since you mentioned "starting a new campaign", right?

sarahk is right. Make sure your keywords are active.

Funny. The guy started this thread on May 2, got some great replies, but he never bothers to follow up on it. How rude, not to mention a waste of everyone's time.

Blue dots mean the user is offline.

Green dots mean the user is online.

The color also changes to reflect someone getting a negative rep.
