Started a Website (Community Forum) yesterday!

I started a community Forum this week.
I'm starting to have good content.

Now i want to start to have backlinks and increase PR.

How can i do it?
Which are the first steps?
I'm willing to pay, but with guaranteed results.

b)Do SEO
c)Submit to directories

e)Hire forum posters for the time being to increase content

Hi, first of all you need to get rid of the fake members' list.

Get a custom template or at least change the logo.

Reduce to the number of forums to just 3-4.

Get backlinks.

 

Submit to directories ; social bookmarking sites ; blogs etc!
