I was a member of Profit Mart and while they may offer some decent services, support from the co-owners isn't one of them. The ad reads 24/7 support but it's at the forum and the huge numbers(?) of members only "too tickled pink" to help out with advice and info, are hardly tickled and generally there are maybe two or three. I don't blame for not wanting to spend time answering the endless questions a newbie has. What you do get is tons of reading material available. You could read for days and not finish and still have answers because newbies do not understand what they are reading when it's technical stuff. There are some videos to walk you through the setup. Occasional one or the other of the site owners actually answer a question at the forum, it's generally short and if you press for a further explanation, if you get a response, it will have attitude. There is little if any time or patience with the newbie. The thing is if you have some experience along these lines, then you don't need to be paying for it anyway. Once you signup, you are on your own. Don't expect much interaction from the website owners that is unless you decide to leave. When I dropped out after a few frustrating weeks, I was sent several emails from one of the owners wondering why I left...yes, I finally got a personal reply My bottom line answer was..' tend the garden that's giving you the profit instead of neglecting it'. He didn't quite get it....
