    One of the issues here is that the domain extension is extremely unpopular. How many sites do you see daily with a .co.nf extension? This is the first time I see a site with such an extension.

    The main issue however is that the ebook you're selling on the site is a free ebook. With just a Google search on the title I can find it on following site:

    It should be mentioned that the book was written by a man named Eddie who runs a website where he gives automotive answers.

    I think a potential buyer has to be aware of the fact that you have found an ebook on the Internet and then try to sell it without having the permission of the author. If you have a permission from the author to sell the book, you will have to provide proof here. Otherwise I will assume that you have just harvested the ebook from the Internet and then trying to earn money on somebody else's work. It's highly unethical. But not only that. A potential buyer of your site can get into legal trouble.
