I here and there hear/read that if your account history is bad (bad CTR etc) then sometimes better to start up again with a new account.

I might do that but Google bans to have 2 adwords accounts so I have to close my current account, is that right?

In that case can I access to my old account at all?

The thing is I need to keep my digital payment record on my account for my business.I guess I can print them all but still I want to keep it on Google.

Or Google doesn't care if I keep my old account open as long as no campaign is running?

    Thanks for your help.

Please let me clarify. If you sign up the MCC, you still have your own account and then you can manage your clients' accounts right? That way I can get access to other accounts.

However, in this case, to be able to do what I want to do, I still have to open up a new account and keep the old account by the same name and same address right? Then isn't it still not allowed by G?

Or do I ask someone else to become my "client" and use their address and name?
(and the payment will be done by my name?)

Thanks a lot for your help.
