I am looking for a person (preferably a team) to outsource full scale start to finish Magento work. I currently do all of the work myself, but am getting more and more projects which are eating up all of my time. Here are the qualifications I am looking for: Must be Magento Certified Partner, verified by MagentoCommerce.com (If a team, at least 50% of the developers should be Magento certified). Must have experience designing/developing Magento 2 themes and creating custom modules (will require both references and portfolio including sample code to inspect) Must have at least 10 full scale projects under your belt. Please do not respond if this would be your first project or if you have only done 1-2 projects. Must have a very good working knowledge of the English language (all clients will be US based). Has a working knowledge of different Magento products (configurable, grouped, simple, etc...) and how to create product identifiers (size, color, weight). You/Your Agency should be able to do the following: Take design details/sketches from both the client and myself and turn them into working PSD templates to propose to the client. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY TEMPLATES THAT ARE NOT CUSTOM CREATED FROM YOU/YOUR COMPANY. Develop a PSD template into a full working responsive Magento theme. Create custom modules or install pre-made modules that suit the client's needs. Input basic data into Magento (Products, about us pages, contact pages, etc...). Migrate a Magento installation and all associated data from a local server to a live server (we use Nexcess hosting). Provide detailed time invoices to keep track of expenses. Bonus skills that will make someone standout: You are familiar with designing responsive minimalist themes that use Font Icons. You are familiar with LESS/SASS as well as the Magento 2.0 architecture. Please respond with your website/portfolio and your hourly rate/average rate per project.
