Yes indeed it will work. It does require effort on your part however. Once you get your website, you do need to place ads to get customers. You can place ads here on DP, craigslist is very good, forums, blogs and pretty much anywhere. It is like any business, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. People make a lot of money selling traffic and it is an easy business to run, with a marketplace of over 1 billion potential customers (anyone that owns a website)!
