Start menu program not sorting

    i'm using windows XP SP3.i go to start->all program and found that my application are not sorted(A-to-Z).
    i was try this -right click-sort by name but no luck.

    please help me because it's difficult to find a program randomly

    Currently they must be in the order you installed them.

    To do it as you want follow it - Start > Programs > Highlight any item on the Menu and right click > Sort by Name

    Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then press ENTER.
    In Registry Editor, locate and click the following registry key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu\Menu
    In the right pane, right click the Order value, and then click Delete.

    for the second last i got \Start Menu2 instead of \Start Menu
