I completely agree with rose&wood. All the sports which brings about a good physical exertion are good for health.
I myself experienced that swimming is really good for health but i think so all sports are good for health in different manners.
Playing Sports comprises of some kind of exercise activities so starting a day with exercise is always good for health. Both Physically and mentally you will feel fresh if you start a day with exercise.
Sports is amazing. I'm trying to keep once per week at lease one basketball game one football (soccer) for an hour / an hour and a half
When you participate in sports on a regular basis, the exercise alone will help you to feel better and most likely live longer. Just watching it on TV is exciting, but does nothing in the way of exercise for your body. Best regards … Ron
