    I want to start a local business site for both country.
    1. USA
    2. AU
    I am from India can anyone guide me that what are the requirements.

    1. What are legal process?
    2. I am based India is there any problem for to start such type of site.
    3. If i can copy the data fro other site or business list on my site
    4. Online site can be allow if i am in India and start site other country.
