    Guys,

As I am in process to establish my own auto-pilot business, I am much confused. A sea of information and options but confused what to select and what to leave. I am sure a lot of people will have gone through same procedure. I have idea to install my own blog so I may post step by step information what I am doing and how I am doing to get things done. That will be much beneficial for beginners.

The question is should I install blog at my own domain i.e. means at globalcashsite dot net or use third party domain like Blogger, Wordpress, etc.

I myself think I should keep blog at my own domain, this will increase traffic to my own domain resulting higher page rank and worth of domain. Second third party can disable blog any time due to nothing (sometimes).

What do you recommend and for what reasons?

If you're new to this blogging job. Then go for third party domain initially, then switch over to over own domain.

Then it is highly advisable to go for your own domain than third-party weblogs. ALL THE BEST!!!

self-hosted wordpress on your own domain is definitely the best option as you will have more control over your blog and it is more professional.

Yeah if you are really serious about it than having your own domain name and installing a self-hosted WordPress.org is the only way to go. Very professional, many more options and customization possibilities and lots more space to grow.

Self domain,Self hosted blog is good as you can have more control on your blog then 3rd party domain-hosted blog. Also no need to worry about ban thingy in your self domain-hosted blog ;)

I would agree that if you're just starting, a third-party one would be good.
The downside is, you probably won't get as many views. -- then again, I'm sure there are a number of people that have done well through third parties.

    Guys,

Thank you for all people posting your comments, now it is decided that for long run Blog on self-domain is much better than third party. I already have wordpress blog installing option in my cpanel and I installed that at my domain but will not show url because that is empty, once there will be some thing good I will share with you people.

Result of this thread: For serious and long term money makers self-domain blog is must. :)

You should not be having second thoughts on self-hosting your own blog since you already have a domain of your own and just adding a sub-domain or a blog folder would get you going.....fairly quickly....

Yeah it is advisable to set up your own WordPress in your own domain. Just make sure to put the blog in a sub-folder and install the SEO all-in-one plugin and you would do fine.
