  I use templates, pre made themes/designs ONLY when required by the client, all of my works/designs are unique or started from scratch.

  I DO NOT JUST generic blogs but Customized Content Management Systems tailored to any kind of use. I make modifications so it fits your needs as the administrator & for your audience. Wordpress is limitless.
• SEO –
  highly organic optimized pages, high visibility & targetted traffic/geo. Your business will reach more customers. I offer Level 1-3 SEO.
• WebHosting & Domain registration – I partner up with Web hosts. Offers .com & .ca domains. Free Support.

I'm only looking for clients that needs web design & coder for html & wordpress. I don't do small fixes/troubleshooting right now or SEO tasks only.

What i need from you?

• a briefing of requirements. this information secures the expected end product and the estimation of delivery for each project.
  doesn’t have to be long but needs to be precise and clear. “a good start is half done”
• you will have to provide all the actual text content in advance before I do any mockups/layout. eg. microsoft office doc files
• when to start on the project. i can start right away. i’ll let you know if not or if i have to schedule it. i do not multitask.
• budget. negotiable. reasonable price.
• email. very reliable for continues communication. i do not use IMs
• ftp login can be sent after mockups have been approved.
• PAYPAL ONLY
• Pay per project or per hour. One time project or long term/partnership.
• 50% upfront required before start up, remaining payments after 100% delivery of the project, no issues.
  can change if the project is broken down to phases.
• my availability: 4-8hrs or 12-16 hrs a day

I DON’T DO pro logo stuff so if you need a shiny logo, you might need to have it before I start building your website.
I DON’T DO hardcode php stuff. That goes to PURE programmers.

A new project can cost from $20 to $xxx depending on how simple/complex the project is. Kindly send us service providers a description of your project so we can give you fair pricing. We cannot answer back without having any idea of your project. I charge for additional requests but it depends on the type of request(if it takes time).
