I would like to start Adsense using a company located in the USA. Is it possible to register my Adsense company in USA while I don't live there and to open a bank account ?

Opening a bank account is going to be the hardest part. New laws after 9/11 have put restrictions on opening accounts to monitor flow of money. I would first find a bank that is going to open an account without US ID for whomever is the signer.

Wouldnt it be a lot easier to open a bank account for the company after the company exists and has a US based mailing address?

The problem isn't opening an account, it's identification for whomever is going to be the signer on the account. Anyone can incorporate and get a mailing address, but when you go to open the account, you have to have acceptible ID. The rules became a lot more strict with the Patriot Act to control the flow of money to possible terrorists, etc.

What do you mean by acceptable ID? You mean American IDs only? What about a Canadian and/or British one?

I think each bank has its own rules, but I'm sure those would be acceptable. When I opened a new account a few months ago the bank made the everyone who is a cosigner go into the branch so they could match the photo ID. You couldn't fax or mail a copy - no doubt because you can do a lot with photoshop.
