    Hi,

I have some extra time after college and other projects, so I'm taking XHTML/CSS coding projects to meet my personal monthly bills and such. :)

    Credibility sources and Experience
I have several years of experience working with standards compliant tableless XHTML/CSS coding. My work hours are between 9:00AM (5:30+ GMT) to 9:00PM (5:30+ GMT) weekdays. I prefer not to work during the weekends, but in some cases I'll make an exemption. Feel free to look through some of my portfolio here.

I like regular feedback and smooth transactions. I get some clients that may take 1 month to provide feedback, but are quick for their own needs. Regardless, be assured that I'm very patient - I have some clients that even take nearly 2 months to complete transaction. What I am saying is that if you have solid credibility sources then I won't mind reasonable delays that occur owing to genuine circumstances. :)

Also I'm not very pushy when it comes to getting ratings, iTrader rating etc. But such credibility feedbacks are always welcome.

    Some Recent Credibility sources

    ScriptLance
    DigitalPoint

    Service Features
    • w3c Standards Compliant XHTML Transitional & Strict coded layouts.
    • w3c Standards Compliant CSS styles.
    • Exact recreation of coded layout from PSD or image file.
    • Tableless coding, tables used only for tabular data presentation.
    • XHTML and CSS files are well commented.
    • Cross-Browser compatible.
    • 3 day turnaround time, depends on workload and number of pages.
    • Very affordable pricing.

    Third-Party script and CMS Integrations
For the time being I would not be taking on projects that involve third-party script integrations. That also includes wordpress theme integration. I want this to be simple and straight-forward.

    Pricing
    • XHTML Transitional or Strict layout base price: USD $45 per page.
    • Additional pages (mostly same content): USD $10 per page.
    • Additional pages (mostly different content): USD $25 per page.
    • Basic horizontal or vertical menu (popout/flyout/rollout): USD $5 addon fee.
    • IF source design is not layered PSD (If recreation of some design elements are involved): USD $10 addon fee.

    Payment Options
I accept credit card as well as PayPal payments. But the only condition with PayPal payments is that you should have a verified PayPal account. I really like a clean and smooth transaction, I hope you do as well.

    Advance Payment
For those that don't have any recent credibility sources to provide, I would regrettably have to ask for 50% advance payment before I start work.

    Money Back Guarantee
This applies to the advance payment only. Money Back guarantee becomes void once you accept the files. You have an option of not wanting the coded design (if unsatisfied with the progress) and can request refund of advance payment.
