who is going to win the election this year, the marxist liberals or meinkampf neocons?! is there anyone else to even vote for?! wait, wasn't there a guy named Ron Paul who stood for the Constitution or somethin??

that's a little extreme don't you think?!? to vote for someone who actually represents America?

the vote is yours! who do you think will win this epic battle?!

ps. they should rename this subforum "GOP and religioin"

Paul has already struck a major blow in this election, inspiring the Libertarian and Constitution party movements, and re-inspiring the GOP base.

He's brought more first time voters into the system than any other candidate, not just the youth vote, but the older voters who have never participated in the system before.

He has people talking about the Federal Reserve, the history of American foreign policy, small government and civil liberties.

As far as WE can push it, is as far as it will go. And I think we can push the idea of liberty a whole heck of a lot further this election cycle. A whole lot further.

What's the deal with Ron Paul supporters flooding the internet. I really don't get it.. and his polling doesn't really reflect it.

Look at the methodologies for the polls. Generally, they call people with landlines, who have voted before, and only for the party that they are polling this cycle.

If you change parties, it's likely you won't get called. If you are a newly registered voter, you probably won't get called. If you use a cell phone instead of a landline, you will not get called.

And that's if they even bother to put Dr. Paul on the poll (many polls have excluded him).

    Example,
    http://69.65.26.137/~ronpaula/AntiPaulPollingIowa.mp3

We're not just flooding the internet. We flood the offline straw polls and we're flooding his coffers with money. And when the primaries start, we're going to flood the ballot boxes. :)

Uh I don't even know what to say with these extreme comparisons... I don't see what Rudy or Obama have done to be compared to Hitler and Stalin.

Hillary is doing the 'Monica Lewinsky' with Bill.

Where is Monica Lewinsky? Looks like she's been busy at McDonalds.

Exactly. The system may need a shake-up and Ron Paul would be the guy to do it. But his supporters are delusional if they think the money he is raising is going to rocket him to the top. (Remember Howard Dean?)

He remains stuck where he started in the polls. At the bottom. The majority of people are not buying his message because most people know that radical change never works.

Americans just want to see one candidate that has workable solutions to the country's problems. Thus far, no one has really stepped up to the plate.

bogart, that's Monica's way of hiding out. No one would recognize her today--and there are probably far fewer guys trying to get into the same orifice that Billy Boy did.
