    Hi, I have several Drupal based websites and have long thought that I would like to make them multi-lingual... I've tinkered with this but had problems and worried that I might screw up the existing site!

    Any suggestions for a stage-by-stage approach to adding other languages to a Drupal site?

    e.g. is it better to chose one alt language and do everything in that language.. or add several languages and start of just doing menus.. then different content types one by one?

    Any problems to be aware of? Any direct practical experience appreciated
