Buying Stablished sites, with at least PR2+ no Fake!

    Hello all,

    I am interested in buying sites that meets the following, please read carefully and do not try to cheat or lie:

    1) at least 1 year old

    2) has PR2 or more (real PR, not 301 redirects or from other tricks) it must be .com, .info, .ca, or .org

    3) has links showing in google and yahoo site explorer

    4) cache date is not more than 14 days old

    5) has not google penalties, I will check your history and see what sites you link from and to, etc

    6) I do not care about the traffic, I am going to use this for sending links to my sites.

    7) general topic is best, that means that I can post links on your content to a variety of topics.

    8) the content must be unique, and not stolen (borrowed) from other sites.

    9) hosting preferable with goddaddy or other reputable hosting company, I want to take over the hosting
